Turn the knob and choose the cooking setting that best suits your recipe. There are three options. Choose the low setting for dishes with an average cooking time of eight to 10 hours. The high setting is ideal for recipes with an average cooking time of four to six hours. And do you want to keep prepared dishes warm? Then choose the warm setting. The glass lid allows you to keep an eye on your dish at all times.
