The set consists of a punch bag, ceiling bracket and boxing gloves. The punch bag is made of durable PVC, weighs no less than 18 kg and is 76 cm high. You can easily hang it up using the supplied ceiling bracket, which is specially designed for this purpose.

The boxing gloves are made of artificial leather and fit perfectly thanks to the foam padding and Velcro closure. So your hands are well protected during your intensive boxing sessions on the punch bag.
