The 40cm cooking grid gives you enough space for all kinds of delicious grill dishes. The digital thermometer measures the temperature of the cooking surface, ensuring an accurate temperature measurement. With the rotary knob, you can adjust the E Braai continuously from 70 to 270 degrees Celsius. You can read the temperature on the LED screen until the set temperature is reached. So you can do anything with this model, from low and slow cooking to high-temperature grilling.

The E Braai has a ceramic-coated grill grid that is easy to wash and the grease collection tray is dishwasher-safe. That makes it easy to clean. And very handy: the lid can be hooked on the back as a wind or splash screen.
